I have the feeling that perhaps this should go in the supplements forum but here goes:
Today I had a really intense workout, (deadlifts + bench killed me), and about 10 minutes after I was done, I had a post-workout drink (whey + water), and threw maybe 1/3-1/2 of it up 2 mins later.
From what I gather on this sight it isn't exactly a rarity to throw up after a intense workout (usually involving squats), but I was wondering how soon after you workout you guys usually have your protein drinks, or otherwise how long it may take for the stomach to settle.
