My last meal is usually around 8:30, and than I can't fall asleep until 4:00am. Is this too long of a time to go without food?

That probably depends on a lot of factors like on your diet for the rest of the day and what you eat, and when you are eating again.

That is 7 1/2 hours...what do you think?

What time do you wake up?

Even if you only sleep 4 hours a nite 12 hours is too long to go without feeding your body and brain. Maybe the reason you can't go to sleep in a normal amount of time is because of your poor spacing of meals.

I'm guessing you exercise minimally?

Nope. Not if you're comfortable.

I'm sorry, but this is simply not true. In fact, if you can stand it, it's probably ideal.

Thankyou, question answered :).. btw my goal is to cut, and I am definitely losing weight but I think some of it is muscle..I feel weaker, and smaller

I sometimes don't take into account that some people want to get smaller rather than larger. I assumed. Shouldn't do that.

Are you referring to IF? One can get big with that pattern of eating as well. Granted, it may be tougher to get in a very large amount of calories in three or four meals. On the other hand, most bulkers are probably closer to three or four thousand calories than six or seven.
