So after several months working out normally I got wore out and just finished a week off. But even after time off I am still exhausted feeling, and no motivation. So should I take another week off or suck it up and get back to normal routine?

Thats tough to say because everyone is different. Taking extended time off of lifting/training is mandatory for hard training athletes. Giving the body time to reach a total heal will do wonders for your performance. Sometimes a week will suit you well, however sometimes it can take over double that. I just got done taking about 20 days off of lifting completely. I even cut out most cardio!! :/ It was tough, but well worth it. I am back to full strength and my energy levels are through the roof just ten days after starting back. You may want to give it a few more days and see if your body responds.. just a suggestion though.

I recommend extra strength vagasil. :)

Seriously, taking time off isn't bad. Do what you think you need to.

Take the week off, can't hurt.

Still a chance you need more recovery time. Take another week off and if you still dont feel like hitting the weights than youre probably just lazy and need to force yourself back into it.

Could be a diet issue, could be a rest issue. How are you sleeping?
Do you have any injuries? Do you have any medical conditions?
