Hi everyone, current stats 5ft 10 and around 178 pounds and am currently bulking trying to reach 190! My bf i would estimate at about 12% abs are slightly visible. My diet at the moment has been eat everything and anything to be honest, and I'm starting a new job on monday so it wil allow me to start it eating better. I havnt entered my proposed diet on fitday yet so unsure of macros. And my maintenance is around 3000 but I am thinking of a diet on the lines of.

8am 4 whole eggs 2 slices of bread and a protein shake.

12am chicken breast and pasta

5.30pm prework out rice and chicken and a protein shake

8.30pm protein shake and unsure suggesstions would be great!?

10pm again unsure?

These are the only times I am able to eat and am on a strict budget at the moment please let me know what you think and some input on the 2 eve meals would be great thanks!

Eat more. Chicken, rice, milk, eggs, oatmeal, cheap cuts of beef, tuna. All cheap food. All good for poundage. It gets boring eating the same thing everyday but there are sacrifices to be made when you wanna eat clean. 1-2 tbsp evoo added to your protien shakes are good for calories. Nuts are good for calories but they aren't usually cheap. Good luck. Tight budgets suck but it's do'able

10pm I will have a toasted tuna and mayonnaise sandwich using a whole can of tuna. I will find out how many calories that Is and then I will know how many more I need!

I like to use liquid egg whites. It generally has a neutral taste and can be used in place of any liquid. Easy calories and can be fit in anytime of the day if/when needed.

i have entered the following diet into fitday:

8am 4 whole eggs 2 slices of bread and a protein shake.

12am chicken breast and pasta

5.30pm prework out rice and chicken and a protein shake

7.30pm post work out protein shake

8.30pm 2 turkey burgers

10pm 1 can of tuna in a toasted sandwich

calories 3400
fat 91g
carbs 295g
protein 360g

if that is to much protein then i shall adjust my protein shakes to drop it down. please let me no if i am on the right lines for a bulking diet! cheers

Less protein, more fat. You can get in fats easily with olive oil, as mentioned above. Protein's going to fill you up too much. Crack a can of tuna onto a bowl of steamed rice, drizzle of olive oil. Easy.

im sure there is more fat in my diet as i soak my chicken in olive oil when i cook and use butter on my toast, which isn't included, but i shall drop down too two shakes a day just pre and post workout. and i like the idea of the tuna and rice thankyou!!
