quick question to my bodybuilding friends. any of you guys get a restless feeling in your arms the night of a hard bicep or tricep workout. almost like restless leg syndrome but of the arms? or how about randon tingling of the hands that goes away when you move them..this never occurs during workouts...my neck doesnt hurt...and my grip is as strong as ever. i have researched carpal tunnel and thorasic outlet syndrome and neither seem to fit me. just curious if any of u guys have the same thing. wondering if its gear related or just related to being a big mofo. thanks guys. i post this hear bc i trust the opinions of my boys in anabolic zone

I get this sometimes....well alot of the time.....I have come to the conclussion that it is because I am getting kind of big and certain postions i sit and lay in wll cut off circulation. even sitting on the toilet shitting, imy legs fall asleep....lol

i get the same thing. mine is caused by low blood pressure. that is what i got from my doctor. he said also that iam too big for my frame,

My hands and arms fall asleep almost every night while I sleep. Sometimes I wake up and have to grab one arm with the other cause I can't move it.

I know the tingling feeling you're talking about. It bothers the shit out of me. I get it in my legs if I take OTC sleep aids. I don't know why but that's when I get it.

just sitting in a chair watching tv my hands will start to tingle in certain postinons

guess it's just part of the deal :hmmm:

Same here even driving my hands go numb, also sleeping my whole arm shoulder up goes numb depending which one is above my head (sleeping on stomach you get the idea) so it is what it is.

I wonder why we all do this? This has been hapenening to me for only a year or so. It started when I moved to a new mattress. Then I bought a tempurpedic cause I got pissed off and that didn't even help. I just can't figure it out.

Protip: You get mad grip power for doggy style on a tempurpedic. Just saying.

I usually only get this during sleep, or when my arm is around the back of the car seat while driving, and this is a common impingement caused by the pec minor. So maybe your situation is just worse, but thats what it is, nothing freaky.
