I know everyone has their own individual reasons for training. What are some
of your reasons???
Here are a few of my reasons for weight training
1. I feel it improves my general quality of life; health and well being
2. To improve my strength to weight ratio
3. A passion for putting theory into practice (I wish I knew how to quit
you...)
4. It gives me a way to focus my energy, in a positive way; I like the
challenge of stepping up to the plate every day and saying: this is what
I want to do and then attempting to reach that goal.
5. It feels empowering to learn more about how your body works and how
you can manipulate its aesthetics through hard work and diet etc.
