Top 5 reasons you train, lift, exercise???

I know everyone has their own individual reasons for training. What are some
of your reasons???:thumb:

Here are a few of my reasons for weight training

1. I feel it improves my general quality of life; health and well being

2. To improve my strength to weight ratio

3. A passion for putting theory into practice (I wish I knew how to quit
you...)

4. It gives me a way to focus my energy, in a positive way; I like the
challenge of stepping up to the plate every day and saying: this is what
I want to do and then attempting to reach that goal.

5. It feels empowering to learn more about how your body works and how
you can manipulate its aesthetics through hard work and diet etc.
 
So I can be big and strong. That way I can crush people like P-funk. Thats the only reason
 
1. To be strong
2. To look better than nature intended
3. To age slower
4. To be better able to defend my family
5. To get pussy
 
1) to look the best I can naked
2) to live longer and healthier
3) have nothing better to do
4) hmm to just really look the best I can get...

1) To catch "bad guys" when they run
2) when I catch the "bad guys", have enough energy to tune them up
3) To be in the best shape for MMA fights
4) Have an excuse to get away from the wife for 2 hours a day
5) Incase I meet any hunnies on job
 
1) To Look Better
2) To Feel Better
3) To Be Stronger (For self defense reasons ect, ect)
4) To be in better shape (Healthy)
5) To get pussy
 
No specific order...

1. Get as strong as I possibly can within reason
2. Have more physical work capacity/endurance
3. Be as generally healthy as possible
4. Get bigger/look better
5. Psychological benefites/motivation etc.

3. makes me feel good.
4. make me one of the few elite in the american population that acutally puts nose to the grindstone w/ exercise.
5. to kick ass.

It's funny how with guys it always comes back to trying to get laid!:laugh:

1.) General physical fitness and well being.

2.) Resentment at years of getting picked on.

3.) Strength and Size.

4.) Improves attractiveness, I need every advantage I can get with the
ladies.

5.) Respect, its nothing like walking down the street or a hallway and some
chump who doesn't work out damn near trips over his own feet to get
the f*ck out of your way.
