I recently bought one of those tricep bars -( | | )- and I couldn't wait to try it out doing skulls (laying french presses). But when we did we found that this bar doesn't let you fully extent at the bottom becuase of the shape of the bar and hand position. Needless to say I was dissapointed, until we tried incline skulls !!! What a perfect bar for that exercise !! Has anyone tried this ??? Our tri's were sore for days after we added this to our workout.
