Ok (showdown and others, I hope you like this one)
After blasting our chest then shoulders we started this tri (tri-set). Each tri-set was done 3 times and each exercise in the tri-set was done to total failure.
In this order:
Incline skulls with tricep bar (new one for us
)
Weighted seated dips
Cable pull downs (with rope and not much weight
)
I work out with 2 partners. We did no rest between exercises for the person doing the set and no rest between partners so it worked out pretty good. Needless to say...... my tri's are......slightly fatigued
