Ok (showdown and others, I hope you like this one)

After blasting our chest then shoulders we started this tri (tri-set). Each tri-set was done 3 times and each exercise in the tri-set was done to total failure.

In this order:

Incline skulls with tricep bar (new one for us :thumb: )
Weighted seated dips
Cable pull downs (with rope and not much weight :( )

I work out with 2 partners. We did no rest between exercises for the person doing the set and no rest between partners so it worked out pretty good. Needless to say...... my tri's are......slightly fatigued :cool:

Perhaps cos I live in England and the weather is soooo cold ....lol

Nah, I've always prefered winter to summer. I like snow and ice :D

I mean weather like 32 and below. I like the cold :D

& my triceps are pissin me off , too damn big :D :D

TJohn, the workout looks good.

If you're pulling this routine after a chest and shoulder workout, I'd say you were taking a page from DP's high-set workout. These are great for pushing size to the next level and can be great fun with the right partners.

Why do you need partners to do it though? I workout alone.

Mostly to load the plates on your lap (and take them back off) when doing weighted seated dips.

Someone spotting you doing skulls is also helpful, you can concentrate on pushing yourself to the limit.

K, thats what I was thinking but thought maybe I was missing something. :)

Cold = Good
Hot = Bad

70s is really comforable though.
I like freezing weather if there is snow and ice. If not, there is not point in beeing frozen.

Ok i think you guys are smokin crack.
You love the cold?
What the hell is that?
Come live here in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (otherwise know as winterpeg), where it is below 0 for almost 6 monthes. Then we have 4 monthes of 10 and under and then only 2 monthes of warmth.

I thought canada was just about on par with the us when it comes to climate.
