Just a quicky.
I am going to go to the gym after work. My first body part will be chest.
Should I do bicepts or tricepts after chest?.
Thanks
James

I meant aren't most, didn't know he was just planning on doing curls.gopro said:Biceps lifts (curls) are not compound exercises at all, unless you are doing chins or rows for biceps, in which the posterior delts and lats become involved.

It doesn't sound like you plan your workouts. I'm sure some of the more experienced bodybuilders decide what to work when they get to the gym, but you don't sound that experience (based on your question).cally said:Hi

I'd swap the bi's and tri's but thats just a personal preference (chest n tri's) (back n bi's) I just feel combining them like that hits the bi's and tri's a bit more thoroughly, but you got to be carefull of overtraining though.
