Tricepes and shoulders need work..

Well title says it...what to do to get some good growth with em?
 
Shoulders: Military press, arnold press, upright rows, perpindicular rows, lateral raises, lying lateral raises, reverse flys, etc.

Triceps: Close grip bench press, reverse bench press, skull crushers, overhead extensions, kickbacks, etc.
 
CowPimp posted all my fave workouts. :) Skullcrushers really work the tricep - their my fave.
 
skullcrushers are the bomb.
I am doing shoulders and triceps 2x a week now, and when I go to sleep I can feel my body mending and building itself back up. I feel great!
