If it were me, I'd change #3 to reverse grip bench. I like as many compound movements as possible

Is this after training chest or on another day????
looks like too many sets to me either way.

I think that's too much volume. Your triceps should be getting a significant amount of stimulation from compound pressing movements. I would stick to 6 sets as a starting point.

looks good. I would add reverse grip skull crushers and your all set.

Hey guys! thanxx for the feedback. Here is my response to your replies:

1-I have tried to do reverse grip bench presses, but my wrists hurt a lot when i do them ,thats why i stopped using them.
2-I know this seems like a lot of sets for my tris, but if i do less than that,i feel like I havent worked them out to the fullest, therefore,i feel like my entire workout has been a waste of time.
3-Do Reverse Grip Skull Crushers hit tris in a totally different way than regular Grip Crushers??????

My bad,its on its own day.Exactly 4days after chest day.

Try 3 excercises, 3 sets apiece. Maybe even less, depending on your rest intervals

My 3 favorite excercises are Dips, French Press, Bench Dips

Or, Dips, French Press, Skullcrushers

And to remedy your feeling of "not working them enough", SLOW YOUR REPS DOWN. When you lower either the weight, or your body (going WITH the flow of gravity, known as the "negative" portion of the lift), GO SLOWER, 3-6 seconds is good. There's no way you wont hit em well like that.

Then up your intensity. If you don't feel like you're working your triceps after 6 sets, then your intensity must be pretty low. Furthermore, don't forget that you also work your triceps during any pressing movements.

No. Feel free to try them for variety purposes though.

I think buildingup...opps sorry..musclefreaky is in love with you

I don't think 12 sets is a lot for triceps, especially if have of them aren't really working sets.

I usually do 6-8 working sets for triceps

I assumed 12 working sets when he posted this.

No, i meant i feel like I havent worked them out "enough" when i only do like 2 to 3 sets of each exercise. :D

post your entire workout in detail

Why?

i do my tris on chest day, i do bench, close grip bench, dumbell incline, and then either skulls or overhead dumbell extension (two hands one dumbell) and my tris are killed after that. i think your program looks fine. they talk a big game on overtraining on this forum or too much volume, but i feel that some people can handle higher volume, and you may be one of those people. do what feels right to you, if you feel that you have anything left at all at the end of a workout just go do something to finish off the rest of your energy. and be sure to go heavy and push yourself.
