so i got my trx and gymboss timer(mostly to keep working out while im travelling for a year around the world) in 3 months. Im going to start using it now and get familar with it, and was wondering if anybody had any good workouts ?? i was thinking using it maybe 3 times per week with 2 full body workouts and a core workout... keeping it high tempo with say 60 seconds per exercise and 60 secs rest/transition? do you think its possible to gain muscle on this system or would it be more about maintaining?
any body got any experience with this system??
on a side note, seems extremly sturdy, and perfect for travelling, glad i didnt go down the resistance band route!
