it's an OK source of fats, most of the fats in soybean oil are polyunsaturated. here is a list of fatty acids from best to worst:
#1 - Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids (they happen to be polyunsaturated)
#2 - monounsaturated
#3 - polyunsaturated
#4 - saturated
* rest remember that Omega fatty acids are polyunsaturated but not all polyunsaturated fats are Omega fatty acids
