I want to make lean tacos. I eat about ten at a sitting. The meat itself is lean white turkey. I believe it has 1gram of fat per 4 ounces of meat. My problem is I want hard tacos not soft. The taco shells I see at the store has 5 grams of fat per shell. Anyone know of a slightly leaner taco shell?

try trader joe's if you have one by where ever u live the have tons of lean good food bro and less fat more organic food there

Taco shells are deep-fried, so they absorb oil and therefore have a high-ish fat content. You'd need to find baked taco shells if you want the lowest fat. Or, you could buy raw corn shells and bake them yourself, however most of the raw ones have fats or oils in them to keep them soft and pliable.

Trader joes is Good advice my lady gets corn or even wheat she's brought home. Can't think of the specific brand name...
Well heat em up in a pan and they'll good and Krispy. Lil olive oil or Pam keeps em from sticking, for a kicker sometimes I'll lay em on a plate of parmesan cheese covering the outer shell.
