tempted to try lats man no pain?

I have next to no pain with them. Even when they are Vergin it's nothing bad. They can take alot of oil to. This is my third cycle, first to pin lats and I highly recommend it.
 
Killed legs today. Nothing to heavy. Squats for 315x10reps 5sets ass to grass. Several more sets of 225 with veried stances ( wide, narrow). Lunges, hamstring curls, good mornings, donkey calf raises, calf raises with barbell. Got lost in my workout and killed it for a solid 2hr... I love walking up and squating 315 ass to grass right next to dudes squating 135 half way. It amazes me all the ppl that go to the gym just to go though there routine. If u don't push urself and if it doesn't hurt like hell then there's no progress being made. I love lifting and the pain it brings. Hobleing out of the gym like an 80 year old man bc my legs are so sore and tired. Have a good weekend I probably won't b posting tell Monday. Gota spend some much needed time with my lady's (wife, 8 month old baby girl)
 
Chest and shoulders today. Hears an idea of what I did.
Incline dumbells - 60x10 75x10 90x 10. 100x7 80x10
Incline dumbell flys
Dumbbell shoulder press
Lateral raises
Flat dumbell press 80x10 80x8 80x8 80x7
Upright rows.
Over head barbell press. 100x10 110x8 100x8


This is just a quick idea of kinda where I'm at not exact reps and sets.
 
Just wanted to so I'm feeling good and enjoying this cycle so far. Feeling increased sex drive, aggression, and muscular insurance. Can't wait to start seeing good results and gains.
 
Finally get to hit an am workout!! Normally I start work at 6 and don't have time in the AM. Woke up drank a cup of beast mode. Killing back today. Gotta get wide and shredded. Love grinding heavy wieght in the mornings.

EP products are great. I have never had a single problem with them.
 
Iv been feeling like shit for the past couple days. Doing some cardio then going to the doc. Pinned glutes last night. All went well and smooth.
 
Dbolls, Dbols... Dbols. Ohh there's my beast mode. It's by birthday and my cake is iron. Bout to tear shit up boys. Warmed up, hit 315 for two sets dropped to 225 for 7 more sets of 8-10. Incline warm up, 6 sets of 225 6-10. Incline bench flys, flat bench flys, chin ups, cable curls, standing curls. Curl drop set, trisept kick backs, trisept pull downs. That's all I can reminder. Had a great workout and left the gym plum wore out!
 
Anouther morning of cycling. Gota burn some of that food and beer I had for my birthday. I don't normally drink at all. Now that the weekend is over its time to get serious about shredding fat... Injected delts last night. Have some pip in right delt, likely do to poor Technique bc all others have been smooth. Planing on hitting back tonight at the gym. Have a heavy lifting day fellow lifters.
 
Back Day!!! Slept good woke up rode, ate good today! Been Siked out to max on deads all day. Warm up with one plate, two plates, three plates, four, go up to 505.. Got it! That's a new PR!! Stack on 515, got it!! Ok bro keep reaching down deep! 525 turn up Rob Baily, grab that bar knowing I got that shit. I pull it slow and steady to the top!! Hell yes!! Didn't wana kill my ego so I stopped there and finished up with 3 sets of 405. I killed back after that. Having the best workouts of all time. Gear is in full swing and I'm not gona leave one mg of it to waste. Go kill it boys!
 
I am very pleased you are doing so well on cycle! I really hope you show us some progress pictures brother!
 
I couldn't b happier with my run so far. Can't wait to see where the next 6 weeks or so takes me. Already starting to think of my pre contest blast! Mast, eq mmmmmmm. I guess time will tell.
 
Up and burning fat this morning. It's hump day so hit the ground running and never forget or give up on ur dreams. I can't wait to start with my coach on the 1st. I'm going to make y'all shit ur pants when u see me at the end of this log. Determination, drive and the will to Succeed have consumed me! I can't wait to hear all the haters hate when I'm walking around at 5% this summer. Have a heavy and hard day!!

I'm currently on 60mcg of T3 a day! I will b getting off of it in one week. Thanks for the Encouragement.
 
Doing more cardio. 30min on the bike. I take 200mg caffein befor I get on the bike. I sweat my ass off! Starting the day off working tourd ur goal is always rewarding. Puts me in a better mood all day. Ill b hitting legs today after work. "Thr bigger the dream the harder the grind". Dream big, grind hard!

Thats right, after reading this I have to say. I bet these will be some very interesting progress pictures!!
