Had a killer back workout today. Dead lifted up to 505. Did several sets of deadlifts, T bar rows, bumbell rows, barbell rows, rear delt flys and cable pulls. Back is scorched. Diets spot on. I have about 6 weeks left of my cycle. Gona hit it hard and finish strong.
 
Props to you guys for the cardio, I hate cardio when I skip it its in weeks at a time lol I can never keep it consistent.

You have to just do it and know you are better off .

Taking today off. Back is good and sore from yesterday. I should have bloods in the next couple days for you fellas!! :). Keep hitting it hard guys.
 
Thats good I get my blood at the hospital and it takes a week that's good. All I can say uncle gear is the best around!! Why people pay 120 for weak sust is beyond Me.

Had a good leg and shoulder workout today. Feels good to tear shit up.
 
Up and doing fasted cardio on my bike. I'm pretty happy with where I'm at right now. Just Gota keep chipping away at that fat tell I'm chiseled stone. I'm ready to b lean and grainy and vainy. I want girls to look at me and think I'm nasty I want guys to look at me and be so fucking jelouse that it effects there sex life. I may not win my first comp but I'm sure as hell gona be in the best condision as possible on that stage.


I'm going to b upping my test and NPP so I can burn though these vials and finish a little early so I can have a little time off befor my pre contest blast!! I'm pumped. Just Gota keep hitting it hard and dieting good!!

Hit arms and some chest today. Got a good pump and a nice long workout. Have good stamina and strength! Feeling good even at only 100carbs. Iv lost some size in my arms but the look better and the peek is better. Loosing size sucks but its ok when I look in the mirror and look better. I guess it's to b expected to loose some size on a cut.
 
Doing some fasted cardio this morning. Some of y'all say "Your crazy for doing cardio all the time, u must love it". Ill b the first to tell you that I hate cardio. I always have. So why do I force myself to wake up and ride wile my stomach is trying to eat itself? Simple! My goals!! How bad do y'all want it? I want single digit BF fucking bad!!! That's y I do it. IM determined to get what I want! I'm not gona sit here and say man I wana six pack but I don't wana work for it!! Do you no how good it feels to look in that mirror and say fuck I'm a little leaner today! It's amazing. Iv never even had outlines of a six pack and now I'm going to get 6% and stand up on stage infront of everybody and say "what now bitchs" lol. This is just the beginning of my body building career.. So remember you get what you work for not want you wish for!! Get out there and get it guys.


btw yesterday was 50 carb day and today is no carb day! Diet is the hardest part for me but I'll be ok and ill stick with it!

I have his mast I would not touch it until im 10% bf I'm planning a cycle of test p, tren ace, mast as soon as I get my prescribed trt.I need it to fly for work this year.
 
More cardio this am. Today is high carb day! It is also chest day. Which means work can't get over with fast enough. I'm ready to tear up my chest like no other. Gotta tear it down to build it up. Hope every one has a good Monday.
 
When your marriage has fallen apart, what do you do? Smash chest!! Having a great chest day. Chest and chest only! It's sore and swole. " it's like a sore pecker, you can't beat it". I LOVE THE FUCKING PUMP!! I think of it every min of the day. I'm lookn the best I ever have! It's just that much more drive.
 
Back day! Did deadlift with chains for the first time tonight. Only went up to 405 + chains. But got a great workout in. Did lots of deads, barbell rows dumbell rows Tbar rows Pull downs and cable pulls. Had a great workout. Today was 200g carb day. Tomorrow is 100g carb day. Down to 195lb looking good and couldn't be more ready for some summer weather.
 
Am fasted cardio again!! Taking today off training. Will only be having 100 carbs today! Hope y'all have a kick ass Wednesday. Go get it!!!
 
DON'T let your marriage crumble brother sometimes the grass is not always greener on the other side.I have plenty of regrets and feel like I let the one I love get away.
