I've been working out for a few years, but really got heavily into training with a clean strict diet, right supps, and pushing myself harder each time I walk in the gym, problem is.. Size difference is taking its toll on me. Let me explain.. I can do the same workouts at the same weight, for the same reps, but on my right side: chest, tricep, lats, shoulders, and calves.. are bigger then everything else on my left. Even when I work out abs, I feel it harder in my right side. Realized all of this in great detail the same day.. when I did incline db.. ripped looking on the right, and a solid block on the left. Anything I can do? other than working out each spot separately?

Is the difference really that drastic? I'd like to see a picture of that, haha. I've never heard of an imbalance like that. The best way to fix it is to keep up with unilateral work and never work your strong side more than the weak.

Throw in an extra set or two per workout for the uneven side. Maybe a little heavier too. When you use dbs, is your left side as strong as your right? weaker?

Well, since I noticed something last winter, but filled the gaps in my lats, but my chest is what really kills me. looking down, mirror even, size is very noticable

I can throw them up at the same rate, but when I come up, my left side seems to almost circle around, instead of shoot straight up

OK. so you struggle a little with it. try adding 2 sets for the left with maybe 5 lbs lighter but REALLY push those setd till it burns. You should catch up in a month or so. Legs too. Do one leg presses, etc. I don`t know what to say about abs.

Same here. The key to catching up is gonns be db use. I rarely even use a bar anymore. I prefer dbs.
