Please help!

I use free weights for chest development. My right pec is develping at a slower rate than the left. Is this normal? What can I do?
Everything else is developing evenly.

Just do a lot of dumbell lifts. When the weaker pec begins to die at the end of a set stop lifting with both. It should catch up eventually.

^I read something about this at Flex Magazine. I think it was Dorian Yates who said the best way to even it out is not with the dumbell but with the straight bar barbell. He wrote a long article explaining his reasoning on it which made sense. Well to me at least. :)

I'm using the concept of a barbell, but with dumbells. You stop when the weakest link, or in this case muscle, holds back the number of reps for both muscles. However, I'm sure Mr. Yates is more knowledgeable on the subject than I am...

One of my pecs is just a tiny bit lower than the other. It kinda looks like a cock-eyed yokel :)
