What does your bicep/tricep workout look like?

Maybe focus on some concentration, and static holds.

honestly im pretty sure everyone has a simi,ar problem. Even Arnolds arms were uneven. Usually others cant notce it. I d suggest dropping machines from your routine and focus on dumbells and barbells and maybe a little less weight so the smaller side can catch up.

^^^^ x2^^^^^ my left bicep was bigger than my left, DB's helped but not completely I have a shoulder injury that contributes to it, for you it could be genetics also.

Not a genetic Problem, everyone has that problem, no else no notices. Do single arm curls so you can focus on each arm individually

this is normal, workout with free weights instead of machines. your weaker arm will catch up but it takes some time. you can add just one drop set for the weaker arm when doing single arm curls or any isolation exercise at the end of your routine, but do it slowly and to failure....and the same for triceps.

Maybe an extra set or two on the smaller arm.....just a wee bit more work. Dumbbells or cables. WEIRD: my left arm is a bit smaller, but stronger than my right. I can curl more with it and usually win arm wrestling matches with the left.....but I am a righty.....go figure. I agree with "G" on the arm work.

^^ my left arm is bigger but my right arm is stronger :)

He did alright with uneven biceps:coffee:

Same issue here and have never been able to correct it. My right arm was always about 3/4 inch larger than my left. Then I broke my right arm, nasty upper arm break of the humerus bone snapped right in half. Throughout my recovery, my right arm reduced to a mere 12 inches, while my left maintained at just under 16 as I was still training it a bit while my right was recovering. When I was fully healed some four months later, went back to the gym and started doing compound lifts with no emphasis on doing more for the right despite that it was 4 inches smaller. Yet still, it took only 6 months for my right to surpass my left in size again. After this incident, I've stopped trying to make myself symmetrical. For some freaky reason, my right always wants to be bigger than my left, I just learned to live with it.
