1/3 pound burger patties x16 ($11.99) Costco
12 patties daily, 30g protein each. Once the fat cooks off they get a bit dry and can be tough to choke down sometimes. I am tearing through water in part because of that.

Protein powder, 6 pounds $19.99, 22g protein x4 scoops daily + olive oil, lasts me over a week.

Oatmeal 3-4x daily, 27g carbs each sitting, about $3.50 a week.

448g protein (I dont count the oats), roughly 4 pounds of beef, and I'm spending around $80 a week.

What are the fat grams in the burgers? Do they have taste, like enough spices? Going to costco tonight!;)

Fat is 23g each, but like I said a ton of that cooks off.

I use garlic (not garlic salt) and pepper, sometimes A1 is nice, or I will use salad dressing from time to time like a thousand island.

I love red meat and I am not someone who does fine dining, so taste to me may not mean what it means to you.

Nope, am I discusting you yet? :D

Last bulk session I was eating 3 pounds a day, once I started adding in the pizza and ice cream nearly daily though it got ugly.

Don't forget to stock up on toilet paper too.

Yeah, I buy all my meat and chicken at Costco.. Their Foster Farms chicken breasts are huge, look like they were shot up with steroids  And the hamburger, I buy the non patty form, even cheaper and make my own patties.. I cut the huge brick in like 4-5 pieces and store in freezer bags :D cheap cheap cheap..
And I buy my eggs there too... The extra large are usally very cheap, but I just started buying the 5 dozen pack for like 5 bucks.
I noticed though the last time I was there, that the eggs sky rocketed in price compared to the way they were.... but prices flux from time to time.

That is not the experience I've had. Their hamburger is nice and red and lean and most important (Cheap!). I am very satisfied with their meats. I also buy their New York steaks...Very thick and juicy. You get like 3 that are like 1.5 - 2inch thick for like 25 bucks. I got 4 thickies last time for like 29.00. Excellent quality.
I give them a thumbs up :thumb:

3 or 4 x 27 is............ :)

u only eat 3 or 4 meals per day?

If you read my post, I specify 3 or 4, times 27g carbs per serving - those are the only carbs I intake other than 2g per protein shake.

I do not have carbs at every meal.

Speaking of diet talk, I need to go to costco today to get more eggs. Hmmmmm on the other hand, stores will be a mess today..
Oh well

Hey Mudge -

Where you get your protein powder 6 lbs for $20? That's a pretty good price! That'd be concentrate, right?

Madd,

You get it at Costco. It is 100 percent Whey my friend and good quality. I found the same exact stuff at my healthfood store selling for over 10 bucks more.

The name is PRO-RATED 100 % whey protein in bavarian chocoate and I believe they also carry vanilla..

Here are the specs:
