Why not fluctuate calories on a daily basis similar to people cutting. Instead of adding a high carb day for cutting add a low carb day for bulking. You are bound to add some fat but 20 weeks cycle and you are up 6lbs(could be a lot of water, best thing to do would take a the mean of your weekly numbers) in a week and a half. Look more towards the 2lb per week gain otherwise you will be converting to a cut at week 15.

Oh and I could gain 20 lbs in a few weeks. Few stops at the buffet and gallons of iced tea...lots of salt.

LOL well my metabolisim sucks, since i am strugling to put weight on, I normally take in around 4,500 to 5,000 cal a day HIGH CARBS and High protien. I Just want to hit 200lbs and not hold to much fat. I can cut very quickly so for me that is no problem. Right now i am not worried I am up a few lbs but if you seen everything I am eatting I should be up 20lbs! Just a week of cutting back 400 cal in a week i might drop 3 lbs!
 
I know you can cut quick, so I guess you wont be doing too much harm. Maybe you should just bulk your ass off for the 20 weeks, let that new found mass marinade, then jump on a killer cutting cycle.
 
Ben that's kind of what I am thinking will go around 12 weeks and then the last 8 weeks cut!! I have a shit load of winny to run, plus the peps to help reduce fat. Checked waste today and was only 1/4 more. My body is so crazy!!!
 
13 days into cycle test starting to kick in going to hit Chest tonight!! 2 weeks into dbol getting good pumps, strength up overall feel good

Sounds like you raised your kid right.

Chili beans might be low in fat but the deep fried fries are gonna get you. Man, that was my 18yr old high metabolism college meal.
 
At 48 mine is still like 18, plus I use coconut oil to fry potatos in much more healthy!!

Coconut oil is awesome stuff. There is a thread in the beauty section and built/juggernaut talked about using coconut oil as a shaving cream. Works well.

V, looks like the cycle is going well. I am in the same boat as you. I also have a hard time gaining weight. Your meals sound awesome. I just have a hard time eating that much. Keep it up bro.......:winkfinger:

Well starting into week 3 feeling good feeling thicker for sure! Sore today from a brutal workout over the weekend! LOL Starting to feel like I am getting big!! Test should start kicking in for sure and the deca in the next week or 2! Normally for me its week 5 on Deca when I start to notice the gains. This should be a great ride for sure!!! Will be jacked for summer!!!:clapping:
