Why not fluctuate calories on a daily basis similar to people cutting. Instead of adding a high carb day for cutting add a low carb day for bulking. You are bound to add some fat but 20 weeks cycle and you are up 6lbs(could be a lot of water, best thing to do would take a the mean of your weekly numbers) in a week and a half. Look more towards the 2lb per week gain otherwise you will be converting to a cut at week 15.
Oh and I could gain 20 lbs in a few weeks. Few stops at the buffet and gallons of iced tea...lots of salt.

Yea it was!!! Still eatting big and training hard!! Just on week 3 and have some big plans on this cycle over the next 17 weeks!! The transformation should be big!!damn that^^^ looks good.
Alright daughter cooks me some food and brings it to me and says dad you said you are trying to get big! LOL. I dont even want to think how much fat is in this! what the hell this is my cheat meal!!

At 48 mine is still like 18, plus I use coconut oil to fry potatos in much more healthy!!
