Well did a circuit training last night at Hotel hit every body part was the first time I have tried that was pretty intense! Just finished up Dbol this week, feel bloated! Lol

Strength went up really good over the last 5 weeks!! At 192lbs now so gained around 10lbs in 5 weeks! Going back to eating like I normally do to start leaning out and hope to maintain 192lbs for the next 5 weeks! Then the last 10 weeks add 1 lb per week will end up at 200lbs!!

Started the cardio, up daughter said i need it! LOL. She is use to me being pretty lean, so if my 10 year old says i need the cardio thats what i am doing!! LOL She is my best critic I have!!
 
Don't forget V that it is good for the cardiovascular system. The amount of food your eating and the "supplements" your taking along with other factors can wreak havoc if not controlled.

Any dude your age hitting 300 is a bad mother fucker! Most guys around you don't give a crap about lifting and looking big and bad.

Plus, you're not even half way through your cycle. Big things still to come.
