Well still trucking along on cycle starting week 8 this saturday still around 190. Starting week 10 switching cycle up a little and will run for last 10 weeks. Going for the ripped looked at the end of the last 10 weeks.

Layout starting week 10

Week 10-18 Test 1G
Week 19-20 Test 600mg
Week 10-15 Deca 500mg
Week 15-20 Winny 60mg ED

Week 10-17

Adding Peptides for last 7 weeks

Workout Days: 4 per week for 7 weeks

Pre Workout
- 15 min pre 200mcg DES Bi-Lat (Site Injection)


Post Workout ???
- 15 min Post workout 300mcg MGF Bi-Lat (Site Injections)
- 15 min after MGF Dose GHRP 200mcg/CJC Combo 200mcg
- 20 Min After GHRP Combo Dose 120mcg IGF-LR3 Sub Q

Week 8 just blasted arms and back!! Intense workout!! Glad it's warm weather again!! Just hit the hot tub earlier with wife and one of her girl friends!!! Damm life is good!!! Need to get my order in quick Viagra almost gone!!! Not a good thing!! Notmas young asmi use to be!!! OD has me talked into the Cialis this time!!! Down to about 10 pills not looking good!!!!

Thanks man! Dont know what is up but have really been getting sore the last few weeks after workouts! Eatting habbits, sups etc have not changed? Workout has somewhat for sure so maybe thats it?

Yea have another 12 weeks to go! May need to steel some of my wifes HGH!!!! Been pushing it for sure at the gym, but have plenty of rest after workouts. 4 on 3 off. Not 20 anymore though!!! Lol
