Doing good bro! Right now re-couping from procedure! Ready to get back to gym will next weekend, and finish up these last few weeks! Since I cannot eat solid food rally looking cut! Lol

Started back at the gym today hit arms and shoulders was a decent workout. Lost 6 lbs over the last 12 days by not being able to eat much!!! Really has sucked and fucked my head up!!!! Going to hit chest tomorrow was off for 3 weeks so I am sure my body needed it just feel like i have lost some size!!! Not much bf left though liquid diet will do that, but also effected muscle loss!

Eating solid food but no steak, or meat! Tuna chicken some so hopefully the next 4 weeks can gain some back!!!

Well started back in the gym this weekend felt good had dropped 7 lbs over the last 10 days, veins are insane right now have leaned the fuck out but loss some size not happy about that! Eatting better for sure hit chest/Tri shoulders/arms over the weekend starting back not has heavy but felt good! Doing some TNE preworkout blast is a NICE motivator for sure!!!
