Yes!!! I am 5-9"

Big deal for me I see everyones stats on what they are lifting, but I have to remind myself a 315lb bench at heavy's weight would be 255lb for me to equal lb for lb strength. Not taking anything away from Any body's lifts!

I need to put on another 10 lbs in 2 weeks to be at 190 by week 5.

Then I start my special plan!!!:ohyeah:

New Plan:

Started weight was 174lbs, I am up to 180 currently (+6). I have been eatting real clean which is slowing my weight gain. After careful thought I am going to start eatting like I normally do (not crap) but not near as clean. (Listen to my body what it is craving)

Monday is the start of week 3 over the next 3 weeks I want my weight up to 190lbs even if I have increassed some BF.

That will allow me to then cut the last 4 weeks of contest, and with the gear i am on i am able to trim very QUICK! I will finish up with a weight of 185lbs with less BF than I started.

This will be an increase of 11lbs LM in 10 weeks! As everyone knows that is very difficult to do if not impossible, but with the gear I am on I believe I can acomplish this!

I am running exclussively nothing but Z gear per the rules, so I am uping my dose a little per week.

Since most everyone is cutting in contest, for me to really show great improvments compared to everyone else I will bulk the first 6 weeks cut the last 4! :winkfinger:

legs are really coming on fast! very pleased with the size and strength! Still not even close where they need to be, but not chicken legs for sure!! LOL
