Hi
is being a vegetarian makes it hard to excel in bodybuilding?!
is meat and stuff like that a must?
and if I am a vegetarian, is it a must to take supplements?
Thanks in advance
Mike

You think that one doesn't need that to help the plain skinless chicken breast down, too? I can tell ya, I'd much rather have a nice Yves Veggie sausage some days.MTN WARRIOR said:IT takes work, alot of hot sauce, salt and pepper and mustard.
Sorry about the asshole...half the jerk-offs in here are miserable little fuck sticks...throwing rocks to the moon??...LOL...building a vegetarian physique is not as hard throwing rocks to the moon.ZorroAzul said:Hard enough putting on lean lbs, let alone on Tofu, soymilk, etc...
Find a new hobbie.

You claim to be 175 lbs?? well, you need to be no taller than 5'5 then if you pretend to look like you lift some weights, let alone be called "big"
Nothing against that though, I am 6'0 myself and 190 8%bf and I am not big by any standards. Nor I want to be. But my point is, to get BIG you need dead animals on your plate. period.
Maybe it can be done in theory, but then again in theory you can sling a rock fast enough to reach the moon. Does it happen often? I don't think so.
I guess my "Anti christ" self denomition bothers you? Maybe if you go ptay to your own invisible man in the sky will help you grow while eatin grass, good luck.
