If you have bad knees be vey careful with the squats. maybe you should wear knee bandages for support. two tips, I would slow your reps down and focus on the muscles working rather than how many you do. and I would find a more reliable/lower bar rest or spotter.good jobForemanRules said:

Nice..Thats good they dont hurt your knees. They bother mine so I unfortunatly avoid them. But my friend was a wrestler and he said the tendon and muscles on the lower portion of your quad by your knee is where you want to work to improve the quality and strength of the knees.
