Just a few questions here about water + drinks.

How much water should we drink a day?
I usually drink about 10-15 cups.

Will water help gain weight or loose weight if you were taking no supplements.

How much does having a lot of water help with taking creatine?

I seem to pee almost every 5 hrs...so like 4-5 times a day, is this ok?

How does orange juice roll? Does it have some good stuff in it ?

Will water help gain weight or loose weight if you were taking no supplements. Drinking excessive amounts of water with meals can reduce absorption of the nutrients....so don't drink too much when eating

How much does having a lot of water help with taking creatine? Yes I think so...creatine causes me to cramp up even when I drink extra fluids...so its a good idea to bump up your water intake when you begin using creatine.

How does orange juice roll? Does it have some good stuff in it ? I think juice is one of the worst fluid choices...unless its in very small amounts and is made fresh..not from a can or bottle....drinking a glass ( 6-8oz) of juice a day is fine, just don't drink allot of it....most is loaded with sugar

3-4 L at a minimum. More if you are active, sweat a lot, eat a lot of protein etc. I would limit it to about 6-8L a day unless you really are sweating a lot.

Water is vital for your health. And if you keep your body healthy then it will perform better - no matter what you are trying to achieve (cut or bulk).

Supplements are not necessary.

Drink more... You should be peeing more than that (unless you have the bladder the size of a race-horse). About every 2-3 hrs would be better.

Orange juice = fruit where they have taken all the good stuff out and condensed it into pure sugar... and then they usually add sugar as well!

Just eat the fruit and drink water instead.
