How much water should we drink a day?
I usually drink about 10-15 cups.
Will water help gain weight or loose weight if you were taking no supplements.

I seem to pee almost every 5 hrs...so like 4-5 times a day, is this ok?
How does orange juice roll? Does it have some good stuff in it ?
