Right here. Exercise 3-4 times a week and carb cycling. Make sure your diet is fixed first. Cut out junk foods, drink more water, calculate how many calories you need daily (maintenance calories) and eat 500 less than that. Use the carb cycling method.
Eat very low carb like limit your self to like 20 a day and make sure there are no sugars in your foods its very strict but you will drop 10lbs in a weeks time after that the fat just melts off of you.
