Hey guys, i am kinda new to this forum but not new to bodybuilding, my question is that about 2 weeks ago i came down with a cold and got quite sick and throwing up a couple of times. Over the three days that i was throwing up i was consuming only 2000 cals-2500 cals a day than compared to my normal intake of 4500 a day to maintain 165lbs. So as i got better the next week i went from averaging 2500 cals that week to 5000 cals for the next week and i weighed myself at the end of that week and found that i lost 5lbs...yes 5lbs and from eating more than ever!! Is this possible? Maybe i had lost like 10lbs when i was sick and put some weight back on..i really don't know any help or ideas thanks guys!!
