I work out 3 times a week with weights for 30-60 mins and I also do HIIT cardio, 15-20 mins 2-3 times a week. I would like to lose Body fat but I am not sure how many calories to take in. At the moment I have been taking in about 2,500 to 3,000 calories a day with around 80g-90g of protein.
