I was wondering if weighted push ups would help me out any?? i was thinking of using about 50 lbs since i can do 30 no problem and gradualy move up to doing push ups with say 70 xtra lbs? i was wondering if this would help any? I am doing alot of difrent curls shrugs rows and press's for my upper body also but i was just curios if this would help. One of the things i would liek to do with this is punch harder. I can already hit hard but someone told me push ups make you punch harder.... I dunno if this is true or not. but it woudl make sense because a push ups resemble the motion you would make when punching. Thanks for any help you can give me in advance.
