I'm sure I am not the only one that has experienced this. Lately I can see myself growing and I find it odd because I am not on any kind of diet nor do I even feel like I am working out that hard lately. I am especially pleased with my biceps and shoulders. Like I said, I haven't been eating any more or less than usual and to be honest I have been eating some bad shit (see: fried chicken; french fries).
I just think it's kinda cool and I am enjoying the changes :thumb:

How old are you? Teenagers can have growth spurts well into their late teens and sometimes even early 20s.

We should all be so lucky. Youth has its rewards!:thumb:

Puberty :thumb:

your body was probably in a caloric deficiency and now that your eating crappy foods - it's finally getting the calories you need.

haha I'm 34, so puberty was so long ago I can hardly remember it.

Animalmachine has a good point. I was so worried about I ate before that I probably wasn't getting near enough calories. Oh well, I guess now is as good a time as any to bulk right?
