lots of good fats, no meat, lots of veggies, 500iu VitD ed and a multi. works for me :-) sry never really took anything for lipids out of the ordinary

Niacin, garlic, CoQ10, Vit C, L-Carnitine, B-Complex, Choline

For lipids I use a multi vitamin, fish oil, hawthorn berry, niacin, red yeasy rice, coq-10, cholest off (plant sterols), and low dose asprin. I also use a few other supps for kidney (cystone and kidney blend sp-6) and liver (liv 52 and milk thistle) as well as coral calcium.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Took 500mg of niacin for the first time today, definitely felt the niacin flush...felt like my face was bright red fortuanetly the client I was with didn't say anything so it may not have been that bad.
I'm going to try to keep up with it throughout my cycle since as far as I've seen in research Niacin is one of the few things that actually increases HDL's, and I believe the significant drop in HDLs is one of the most negative effects of AAS.

Eat clean and use fiber daily, plant sterols and omega 3 fish oils daily as well. Avoid bad fats 90% of the time.

I'm definitely eat clean for the most part. I'm carb cyling at the moment and some of my Protein/Fat meals are omelettes with a couple whole eggs, a bunch of whites, and cheese...I guess I should cut back on these and stick with the olive oils, almonds, etc... to limit sat fats.

I forgot to mention in my earliar post I also do 3-7 45 minute cardio sessions a week. And I also started eating egg whites and cut back immensely on fast food and alchohol. I don't know if excessive alchohol is bad for lipids but I know the food choices I used to make when I was wasted were terrible.

saturated fats like virgin coconut oil and grassfed butter are very good for your health

also egg yolks from organic free-range eggs

Saturated fats are fine. They are not the "bad" fats.

Its trans fat you need to avoid. Hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated.

There are people such as the Masai in africa who eat nothing but animal meat, milk and drink blood. Then you have the inuits who eat whale meat and blubber. Both have almost zero instances of heart disease, stroke, cancer etc

precisely, it's just the "americanized" cultures that have dropped healthy saturated fats for hydrogenated vegetable oils that have these issues..

also, all that sugar americans shovel down their gullets every fucking day
