What are your favorite exercise workout move/s and why ?

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
I don't often get much of a pump, no - although I did start getting occasional quad and lower back pumps when I started on HRT (I use transdermal testosterone hormone replacement).

Keep in mind the dose I get is probably about ten mg a week so we're not talking about a whole LOT of test, for the record LOL!

Re the westside guys, yep, they do assistance work. The tris get some help but mostly it's recovery work. It's not quite the same as "arm day" is for most BB - they're doing close grip bench press and rack lockouts, which works pecs as well. It's kinda like how RDLs work hams, so do off the floor deads, but the focus of a RDL is more on the ham, and that of an off the floor dead is more on the back. It's good to move the focus around a bit.

You can get big tris doing nothing but tricep work. I've met guys who've done this, you may be one of 'em. But don't kid yourself about how much they get jacked up from heavy bench, kwim?

To me heavy bench and chin-ups are basically a bonus for tri's and bi's, but not a replacement for an arm routine.

I hear you. I'm like that with quads - just doing heavy back squats don't cut it; I need some higher rep stuff and some single-leg stuff or they don't grow.

Don't be surprised if your relationship with "arm day" changes over time though. My small experience in this is that over time, as your strength comes up for the primary movers, the hit this gives the assistance muscles can eventually be enough.

Not always though.

And need 'em or not, I still love the feeling of bicep curls. ;)

They work their triceps mostly by doing bench pressing with partial range of motion. They do it because triceps are the key to bench pressing big weights. They don't really need to train chest too much because they wear shirts, so they do the bench pressing movement through a partial ROM so that they can put more weight on the bar and get better at locking out heavy weights.

They work their triceps by benching because they bench in a way that puts the emphasis on their triceps. I wouldn't doubt that bench pressing with arms out wide (instead of tucked into the sides) will take the emphasis off of the triceps. But if you continue to bench press this way, I believe you're asking for a shoulder injury.

I would say they definitely think bench pressing is enough to stimulate the triceps. They usually do 2 days worth of pressing per week and most of the movements on those days involve some form of bench pressing (with accommodating resistance, through partial ROMs, etc.)

My favorite are in order this order lol
*Dumbbell Arm Curl (varied up with regular, hammer, concentration) I like this exercise because it's just one of those things that i really enjoy doing... it doesn't really feel like working out because it's actually fun =D
*Bench Press
when i was in high school all i would do is bench press, i wouldn't do any other lifts for the most part as we only had a bench pretty much in one of our classrooms lol (small small school) It's something that I've done with all of my friends for fun and now i do it by myself for fun in the gym..
*Cable weighted ab crunches
ohhh I love the burn of these haha they work so well compared to regular crunches ect.
