America! Fuck yeah!
I have a client who has a son that was recently told he has allergies to Wheat, Eggs and Cow's milk. What can he eat? He's 13, stubborn as hell already. What are some options for him as a young athlete (runnining/soccer)?

beef, fish, poultry and soy isolates for a protein powder.

there is a lot of gluten free stuff he can eat, made from brown rice flowers, soy, spelt, etc.

Is he allergic to wheat or does he have Celiac disease? If it's wheat allergies and not Celiac, he has a few more options.

As mentioned here, soy, rice, and some other grains are good.
Check out www.celiac.com. My daughter has Celiac disease and what we feed her is what most of us should be eating. Freshly prepared meats, fish, and poultry, fresh fruits and vegetables. Watch out for sauces and broths and marinades because many have wheat, but many don't.

Goats milk I believe is a healthy alternative to cows milk.

And for snacking there's always rice cakes (good with natural peanut butter), nuts (daughter loves em), black olives, red peppers etc. At 13, he probably won't think olives and peppers is much of a snack. Popcorn is okay, read the label if getting microwaveable. Newman's natural has no trans fat and is gluten free. Potato chips, french fries, Fritos, etc.... some junk food in there to keep him sane.
