Two things.

1. Which do you feel are more effective: alpha antagonists or beta agonists? Both have the same end goal of having more beta agonists bind to beta-2 receptors, but I wonder which is more efficient/safe?

2. Would watching a scary movie then theoretically burn more fat than watching say Barney? Post-WO scary movie night? :D
 
I'm a bigger fan of alpha 2 antagonists, but then, I'm female and have ass fat LOL! Besides, clen is illegal AND has to be cycled due to downregulation of beta 2 downregulation, right?

The people I've known to try both clen and EC said there was virtually no difference between the two.

Not having tried clen, I'll reserve judgment.
 
Oh, the second question - no. The scary movie would mobilize more fat though. You'd still need to burn it off afterward. That's where the post workout steady state cardio comes in. By making free fatty acids available to be burned as fuel, you spare muscle. After all, why chew through muscle when there is plenty of fatty fuel to burn? ;)
 
Some of you were saying work on you abs. Obviously I need to concentrate on fat loss but what kind of ab workouts should I be doing?
 
I do weighted leg lifts, find a corner maybe on the kitchen and use your arms to hold you up and do leg lifts(if you train abs a lot you might need to ass ankle weights)
