well i got stressed out really bad this week and ended up barely eating and was at about ~186-7 and weighed myself today and weighed freakin 173!!!!! an all time low for me... i looked at myself in the mirror and was like wow.. i tried sticking out my stomach and then it was still flat but what do you guy's think? do you think i'm to skinny?

Why does it matter what we think? You're obviously not happy with how you look, and the course of action to rectify the situation should be obvious to you.

i want to know honest people's opinions imo i think i'm fucking to damn skinny.. but i'm weird i gain weight and lose weight so fast.. i can be at 190 in a week and a half... and if i really try i can in a week or so.. that's another reason why i posted this.. why is that? i lose weight and gain weight super fast... what gives?

Im still not getting the point of this thread. Do you want us to validate your opinion and say "yes you are too skinny?" or tell you you look great? At the end of the day, you shouldn't give a crap what anybody else thinks, you have already admitted yourself that you dont like how you look so that should give you enough reason to do something about it.

The reason for your getting skinny was in your first post - you're not sticking to your diet plan and haven't been eating very much. What more explanation do you need? Your weight is inconsistent because YOU are inconsistent with your diet. What did you expect to happen :shrug:

i do have a problem, it's not mental its medical.. i get discouraged from eating since every time i do i get super sick and when i don't i still get sick... i can never go a normal day without feeling sick.. i get dizzy a lot of heartburn and just a hole throwing up feeling.. i've went to the doctor for it and i've went to a stomach doctor for it and all's they did was gave me some medicine that didn't work for me at all.. i've tried a lot of different medicines and they can never help me.. I have to eat so slow takes me like 10 mins to finish one sandwich because if i eat any faster i'll barf...

What's your training like? You may want to consider doing some kind of fun cardio like (for me) racquetball.

I had a similar thing after I got extremely sick years ago where absolutely nothing the doctors did helped - the ONLY thing that helped was cardio. To this day if I stop going to the gym for more than 2-3 weeks I will get sick and start vomiting soon after. It's some kind of hereditary thing - I have it, my dad has it, and my aunt has it.
 
Honestly you look average. But the fact that you freaked out when you lost weight says you'd want to be bigger. So get training/eating.
 
I think your stomache is how i wish mine was, but your chest is way too skinny, need to do some pressups or hit the pec deck and hit up some protein and calories...fatwise your stomach can never be too skinny, however you can always make your abs bigger imo
 
my chest isn't that bad.. it just looks small because i have it stretched out lol.. when i flex you can see the hole thing popping out from the top of the chest to the bottom lol it's crazy to see because i'm not used to it... but i mean i bench a really good amount of weight my chest is really strong it just doesn't get huge.. =( i'm going to try and get my bench back up to 300 again by gaining a little bit of weight up to about 190-200

@danzik17 thanks for the reply, my current training is just like chest triceps shoulders one day, biceps back neck the next then abs the next with some cardio then a day off then the same thing over again.. i'm trying to get it more organized now coming up soon.. i don't want to do cardio anymore =P hahaha i'll save that for later lol

ehh, i'd rather take it easy on the legs... waiting for them to fully heal then i'll work them out again.. it hurts my knee's to much to do legs...

Then you either have poor form, some issues with posture, or just need to take some sort of joint support supplement. Training legs are the key to any sort of development be it gaining mass or losing fat. Fix whatever is stopping you from doing legs, and then train them towards whatever goal you set for yourself.
