What do you Take right After You Work Out?

You are the one who said only homos use empty calorie sugars. I guess the point is that you are coming out then?

I was just kidding around before, but now I'm curious. Is there some benefit to foods that are high in Vanillylmandelic Acid? I've always thought of sugar as purely empty calories, and one of the few times I will eat simple carbs is right after working out. Just wondering what reason you have for Looking for high VMA foods. I've never heard of this before, so forgive my ignorance.

VMA = Vitamins Minerals and Antioxidants. My diet is full of fruit (and vegetables), this is 90% of my CHO source.

No grains, no 'sugar', only a small amount of starch.

Post WO I'll eat raisins over dextrose or WMS. It's full of sucrose, VMA, and just as importantly its a highly alkaline food source.

i take 10 grams of glutamine
10 grams of creatine monohidrate
10 grams of bcaa
all that mixed in gatorade
and them 20 minutes later 2 scoop of whey protein:ohyeah:
 
Whole food, I like to drink my bcaas during the workout.
 
I usually drink a quart of deca durabolin.
 
protein shake w/ milk, glutamine, creatine, sometimes a can of tuna, banana or orange juice ( OJ is actually high in potassium) then a whole meal about 1 and a half to 2hrs. Later. Then sometimes a vagina pie after I wash my balls.

Personally I like to keep my balls dirty, then get some vagina pie, that way I can wash it all off at once, but then again sometimes I don't wash it off and walk around with the smell of sweaty snapper on my balls.
 
i load up on carbs before workout but not after. carbs after will help you 'bounce back' as far as energy and feeling good (sugar level) but won't they also stop fat burn?

U don't need alot of carbs, All u need is some simple carbs. Maybe a banana or raisen or some like that
 
Water. Then a real meal about an hour or so later when I'm hungry.
