i try not to neglect any bodyparts but do more work for Low back/hip/quads for mass and strength than say just beach muscles as they have been called. i focus on widening my shoulder girdle as priority with lot of delt and upper back work(pull ups) and lately have been working for more benching power and wrist/grip work for my new armwrestling table so it always depends on what i need. i believe pull ups have really made a big difference rather than pulldowns for helping with bench and upper body. my shirts fit a lot different now after doing them seriousely for a couple months.
At the gym, you'll most likely find me working on my arms/upper body.... I have a hard time getting motivated to work on my lover body, I know I have to because I don't want to walk around with a big upper body and shrimp legs...![]()
