What is the best creatine? What do you guys use?
Water retention? Are the VPX CEX sellers telling you this stuff in hopes you'll buy their product? Creatine doesn't cause extra cellular water retention. Yes, there is cell volumization that deals with water retention within the cell but cell volumization is tied to greater muscle protein synthesis and that translates to greater muscle size and strength. In fact you're always going to see muscle hydration/water retention within anabolic states. If you do see an increase in water weight with creatine, it tends to happen with some folks who go on a loading phase but (1) it's short-term, (2) it's not necessary, and more importantly (3) it doesn't have the bloating characteristics that you'd expect with water retention.Try the VPX CEX. The taste is awful but the results are great and the best thing about it is the minimal water retention. No bloating up like some other creatines
I m using Maximum Kre-AlkalynWhat is the best creatine? What do you guys use?
I m using Maximum Kre-Alkalyn
Achieving the best pH (pH = 12) in order to allow maximum absorption
# The results are taking Kre-Alkalyna are less conversion of creatinine, which shows a 100%-efficiency tna
# Appendix cimeta allows him the best absorption, so it is not necessary reductions Carbohydrates
# Cinnamon is a well-known food ingredient, which regulates blood sugar level and in that way improves glucose utilization cells for a longer period of time
# Kre-Alkalyn with cinnamon for a quick way to go into the station and supplied by the basic nutrients
# Its not provok pride, presumption in the stomach or dehydration
Good news if you're taking CEE is that at least you're not using Kre-Alkalyn. Why the hell would you rely on a supplement manufacturer's marketing crap to buy this stuff? The conversion rate claim is pure bullshit and there's plenty of data out there to back it up. And cinnamon? Are you kidding me. I can only guess what you're getting charged for that ingredient. Kre-Alkalyn sellers are always trying to come up with ways to convince you that their product is better than mono and none of them are true.

No problem, just hate seeing supp companies screw guys out of their money. Here's a study on Kre-Alkalyn and those conversion rate claims: Kre-alkalyn® supplementation has no beneficial effect on creatine-to-creatinine conversion ratesLol good thing i didn't pay it, first packige was free. Damm thx man i was planing to buy it, but screw them.
creatine mono doesnt work for everyone which is a reason to try different types and see what works for u. it doesnt matter what works for anyone else... i used mono for 3 months and then used cee and saw a huge difference with cee (in a good way) so i stick with cee only. see what works for u.
