What is the best creatine?

I'm using creatine mono by higher power nutrition. Any creatine mono is fine.

You can't go wrong with a provider who sells Creapure creatine monohydrate. Just don't blow money on capsules since they prevent the creatine from being properly absorbed.

Alot of people just use mono as it has many studies behind it. Some people have bloating problems or are non-responders to mono and go to CEE. Prince does put out a good CEE product:thumb:

I've yet to see any conclusive research that shows CEE is superior to mono or even effective. In fact the studies I've read point in the opposite direction: Creatine ethyl ester rapidly degrades to creatinine in stomach acid.

Personally I don't know anyone on mono that has had bloating issues and again I'd like to see the research that backs this up. But I'm willing to bet if there are stomach issues then they're not properly dissolving the creatine in a warm liquid first. Not sure if that's a cause but maybe Will can provide some input on that.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Vpx Cex

Try the VPX CEX. The taste is awful but the results are great and the best thing about it is the minimal water retention. No bloating up like some other creatines

any product with creapure creatine in it.. wether it's ALN's results or some other brand. Creapure has the highest standards in the industry from what i'm told when it comes to product quality.

Water retention? Are the VPX CEX sellers telling you this stuff in hopes you'll buy their product? Creatine doesn't cause extra cellular water retention. Yes, there is cell volumization that deals with water retention within the cell but cell volumization is tied to greater muscle protein synthesis and that translates to greater muscle size and strength. In fact you're always going to see muscle hydration/water retention within anabolic states. If you do see an increase in water weight with creatine, it tends to happen with some folks who go on a loading phase but (1) it's short-term, (2) it's not necessary, and more importantly (3) it doesn't have the bloating characteristics that you'd expect with water retention.

A 1000g tub of Creapure creatine mono powder will run you about $22 and last until February. That's all you need. And buying some sort of hyped of creatine mix with useless, overpriced ingredients and dextrose is a waste of money.

What is the best creatine? What do you guys use?
I m using Maximum Kre-Alkalyn

Achieving the best pH (pH = 12) in order to allow maximum absorption
# The results are taking Kre-Alkalyna are less conversion of creatinine, which shows a 100%-efficiency tna
# Appendix cimeta allows him the best absorption, so it is not necessary reductions Carbohydrates
# Cinnamon is a well-known food ingredient, which regulates blood sugar level and in that way improves glucose utilization cells for a longer period of time
# Kre-Alkalyn with cinnamon for a quick way to go into the station and supplied by the basic nutrients
# Its not provok pride, presumption in the stomach or dehydration

Good news if you're taking CEE is that at least you're not using Kre-Alkalyn. Why the hell would you rely on a supplement manufacturer's marketing crap to buy this stuff? The conversion rate claim is pure bullshit and there's plenty of data out there to back it up. And cinnamon? Are you kidding me. I can only guess what you're getting charged for that ingredient. Kre-Alkalyn sellers are always trying to come up with ways to convince you that their product is better than mono and none of them are true.

You may want to take a look at this review the next time you get ready to re-order: Review: Kre-Alkalyn Buffered Creatine: Better Than Regular Creatine Monohydrate?

Because, "Its not provok pride, presumption in the stomach or dehydration" :roflmao:

There's a sucker born every minute, that's for damn sure....:wits:

creatine mono doesnt work for everyone which is a reason to try different types and see what works for u. it doesnt matter what works for anyone else... i used mono for 3 months and then used cee and saw a huge difference with cee (in a good way) so i stick with cee only. see what works for u.

Pretty much the opposite for me.

Creatine Monohydrate. I went with Optimum Nutrition, as I like and trust all their products. Don't exceed 10 gm/day and pound water like crazy. I drink atleast a gallon and a half a day. Good luck....
