other I just go by how I feel and wether or not I am extremly busy.

Are you asking in regards to lifting weights or cardio included?

I try for 5 days on 2 days off but it almost never works ot so i do 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on 2 days off
 
As long as nothing comes up, I go 3 on-1 off.. 2 on- 1 off.

No matter what, I go 5/7 days.
 
5 days on 2 off... I stay away from the gym on the weekends if I can.
 
2x a day using a 2 Days on, 1 Day off
 
3 days on, 3 days off. I rest every other day, sometimes 2 days between workouts.
 
Sometimes during school, i jus go by what my body feels, and have had great results, if i worked chest monday and its wednsday or even tuesday and i feel like doin it again its done :rocker:

I do: Lift/Rest/Lift/Rest/Lift/Lift/Rest Works well for me and the way each group is spread out I am never to sore to work another part several days later.
 
Sunday through thursday I am in the gym, but on friday and saturday I am mostly busy hanging out with freinds and that kind of thing.
 
I lift Monday, Wedesnday, Thursday, and Saturday. I do cardio two of the other three days of the week. One day is devoted to "rest."
 
1Day on, 2Days off. Sked = tue/thu/sat/sun. upper/lower split.
 
I lift 4 days per week: Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
 
weights on mon,wed,fri or if I'm really busy just tues,sat but do cardio 5 days a week

I train Mon, Tues, Thurs and Sat.
 
lift/cardio-abs/lift/off/lift/cardio-abs/lift/off, may throw in additional cardio if I am feeling the need.
 
with weights one off one off till mostly. Hit the weights four days a week try to do cardio every day if I can.
 
3 on 1 off mostly, sometimes 2 off. Off days usually doing some form of cardio though.
 
3 on - 1 off, 2 on - 1 off. 3 on - 1 off, 2 on - 1 off. Sometimes it may get interupted, or maybe a temporary mood change, but that's pretty much my split.
 
Where is the off off off off off.. ? That and some high fat and sugar food is the best split ever.
 
mon, weds, fri, sun plus whatever else I feel needs attention, thats more or less my routine nowadays. westside bitches!!
