I hate cardio in the gym...
When I moved from the midwest to the southwest,
the primary motivation was sunshine, and cardio.
That took place, of course I lost about 20Lbs of muscle over 2.5 years.
Now, I find myself wanting to resume a little cardio in the gym while I workout,
and it is productive to do so.
Problem:
"Doing cardio inside bores the sh!t out of me".
I found myself buying another IPOD, and loading
instead of music, Audio Books...
But I switch back to music before lifting.
(FYI, I got the new IPOD (shuffle) for $23)...
