Well since yesterday I've had some sort of virus, and amongst other things I've completely lost all appetite - the little food I did have was quite hard to down, and after it made my stomach a bit unsettled. 
My problem: what can I do (eat) when this happens? My legs were sore from the workout the day before and I really felt I should be feeding them the protein they need to grow- but instead all I could eat was some toast - probably making my legs break down my other muscles to repair themselves. Would taking sugary things help? I mean, would it kinof prevent my body from breaking down my muscles?
