Im cutting right now on clen,winny,t3,and a ECA stack as a bridge on my two week's off.Im thinking of running some test to stretch my six weeker up to 12 as i need more time to drop the BF.
Im only really useing the test and winny to hold on to muscle BUT !
will i make any gain's at all while on test on a low carb intake.
Im on 100g of carbs most day's 50g first thing and 50g b4 lifting
i up my carbs to 200/250g one day a week !
