Whats a "SuperSet?

Does anyone know?
 
A super set is when you do two exercises back to back with no rest. Ex: Bench press then going right into some cable X overs....no rest between the two sets.
 
Doing two different exercises back2back. Opposite muscles are commonly used for supersetting. ie. Bi-tri

Also I guess this is kinda related but when Im doing Chest and Biceps on the same day is it better to do Bench, Curl, Incline Bench, Curl version 2 etc... OR

Bench, Incline Bench, Decline Bench, Curl, Curl version 2 etc...

I usually like to finish a muscle off completely, then move on
 
KarlW....Yea THAT IS A SUPERSET . I wonder what Size they are... Double G's ?
