If your interested in books on AAS this site has a number of ebooks you can browse if you upgrade your account, would save you money overall. Additionally you would learn more about diet & training from browsing topics on different forums.

*However, I would say William Llewellyn's Anabolics 2006 & the Layman's guide to steroids helped me out with questions I didn't want to ask on here in fear of sounding a little silly. It gives the basics on dosage and what different compounds are used for. I could be saying all this and you may have no interest in steroids LOL :coffee:

1) STARTING STRENGTH (latest edition just came out) by Mark Rippetoe - this is one of the greatest resources in the field and crucial. People who start with this add plates and plates like no one's business. ULTRA-recommended if you don't have it. It'll also get you growing if you

2) Arnold's "New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding" has plenty of wonderful pictures and diagrams for exercises. Very useful for anyone who needs to add isolation work too. Also some info on general bodybuilding.

3) Lyle McDonald's "A Guide to Flexible Dieting" for getting your diet in order. If you want abs and veins, you better know how to diet - A Guide to Flexible Dieting by Lyle McDonald | BodyRecomposition - The Home of Lyle McDonald

If you could only have three books, these three will do you just fine.

Also, an elite membership here will get you a ton of free ebooks and resources. Consider it!
